1. Payment through your employer
If you are an employee of one of the BC health authorities, Providence Health Care, the BC Ministry of Health or the PHSA, you can register for the conference without making a direct payment. Your registration fees will be invoiced to the applicable health organization.
2. Payment by cheque
If you are not an employee of one of the organizations mentioned above, you can pay by personal or a business cheque. Cheques should be made payable to “BCHFPS” and mailed to:

3. Payment by credit card
You can pay for your registration fees conveniently online through our PayPal account. Visa, Master Card, and American Express are eligible credit cards.
Please note that you do not need to open a Pay Pal account to complete the payment process.
Request for refunds must be received in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests received on or before September 8, 2015 will be refunded in full, less $50 (Canadian) administrative fee. Requests for refunds received after September 8, 2015 cannot be honoured, however, substitutions (ie. name changes) will be permitted.
All funds are in Canadian dollars. Registration fees are inclusive of GST (5%). Member rates are inclusive of your annual membership fee, inclusive of GST.
