AGM Notice

The Annual General Meeting provides the opportunity for the Executive Board to report the achievements and milestones of the organization; and for members to discuss and become engaged in long term planning.

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the members of the BC Financial Healthcare Professionals Society (BCFHPS) will be held in the Crystal ballroom of the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown, in Burnaby, BC, at the hour of 13:30h on the 13th day of September 2019 (Friday) for the following purposes:

1. To hear reports presented by the President.
   
2. To present the financial statements of BCFHPS (See 2019 statements).
   
3. To present the results of the nominations to the BCFHPS Board of Directors.
   
4. To transact such further or other business as may be necessary or desirable, in connection with the organization of BCFHPS or otherwise.
