AGM Notice - Tuesday, October 6th, 2026

The Annual General Meeting provides the opportunity for the Executive Board to report the achievements and milestones of the organization; and for members to discuss and become engaged in long term planning.

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the members of the BC Financial Healthcare Professionals Society (BCFHPS) will be held virtually via Chime, at approximately 10am on the 6th day of October, 2026 (Tuesday) for the following purposes:

1. To hear reports presented by the President.
2. To present the financial statements of BCFHPS (See 2025 statements).
3. To present the results of the nominations to the BCFHPS Board of Directors.
   
4. To transact such further or other business as may be necessary or desirable, in connection with the organization of BCFHPS or otherwise.
